Ordering, Shipping & Delivery Information

Ordering

Place your order securely on line, using our PayPal check out facility. We accept both MasterCard & Visa and if you have an existing PayPal account or wish to create one you have the option to pay using the convenience of this service. Please note that this is optional, not a requirement. You will receive email confirmation once we receive both your order details and payment. Shipping & Delivery

Once we receive your order it will be packaged and dispatched by the following working day. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Australia

A *Flat Rate shipping fee is charged, regardless of the number of items you order, with the exception of a small selection of oversize or heavier items. Freight charges will be added to your cart as your order, with any additional charges clearly displayed if/when necessary. All items are currently sent using Australia Post.

Local Pick Up

There is a pick up option for people ordering locally so please check this option during the checkout procedure if you wish to pick up your products and therefore waive any shipping costs.

International

Please note that your order will be sent to Fishica without you completing the payment part of the shopping facility; after which time we will ascertain shipping costs and notify you by email. Once you have been advised of the total costs and have confirmed you would like to proceed with your order, payment will be organised and your order dispatched immediately.

Duty and Taxes

Please note that any additional taxes or charges incurred within customs are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

Order Status

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and again when it has been dispatched. Please ensure you give us a valid and frequently accessed email address. If you do not receive an email reply within 24 hours, please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder.

Returns & Refunds

We are proud of our product selections and want to ensure you are happy with your purchases from Fishica.

Non-sale goods may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing before ordering.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non refundable and non exchangeable.

With the exception of faulty goods we can not refund postage and packaging.

We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow any washing instructions carefully.

We want you to be happy so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need advice or assistance.

Our aim is to deliver products of the highest quality which should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason there appears to be something wrong with your product or you discover the item is faulty within 90 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved satisfactorily.
